Pam Boone has served as a fractional CFO since joining the Company in 2016. Presently, she serves three other companies in the fractional capacity and has a track record of success in building and growing early-stage companies. In her position with the Company, Pam has been responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting and is now assisted full-time by Controller Kyle Mitchell.

Pam brings 40 years of financial experience, including 20 years in the medical device industry, prior to joining BacterioScan, Pam held the position of CFO at Maverick Tube Corporation and Synergetics USA, Inc., both public companies, leading them through their IPO phase, their growth phase including several acquisitions, and their successful sale to larger, strategic buyers.

Pam began her career in practice as a CPA for ten years with Ernst & Young. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting summa cum laude from the University of Missouri. She presently serves on the board of directors of Vortex Surgical Inc. and is active in leadership roles with community service organizations serving as a board member of Horizon Housing Development and Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
