Kyle Mitchell has served as Controller since joining the Company in October 2025. As Controller, he is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and other financial matters in support of the Company’s growth.

Prior to joining BacterioScan, Kyle served as a Director with Warson Capital Partners working client engagements for sourcing capital and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. He began his career in 2018 as an Associate with Warson and worked through the ranks to the position of Director. Warson is a major shareholder of BacterioScan, and as such Kyle learned much about the Company, invested in the Company, and assisted the Company with financial matters during his eight-year tenure as a member of the Warson team.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and his master’s degree in finance at the University of Missouri. He has been active serving in leadership roles with St. Louis community service organizations.
